FEES AND POLICIES
The KIDS "R" US Early Learning Center serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years. New enrollees are welcome on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. A waiting list will be utilized when enrollment reaches capacity. Date of application will be used in priority determinations and upon meeting all qualifications. The Center does not discriminate in admissions or treatment of children on the basis of race, sex, religion, disability, national origin, or other.
Before a child is enrolled, we strongly suggest at least one parent/guardian meet with the Administrator to discuss the program. Upon enrollment, the parent/guardian is encouraged to bring the child to the Center for one or more visits before the child begins the first day. Included with this information shall be a written statement giving assurance that the child is free from communicable or contagious disease and that the child has been immunized against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, and HIB. New York, State also requires that we request proof of a recent lead screening. Any medical conditions shall be discussed with the Administrator and staff, if necessary.
Child Protective Service Reporting And Procedure

In addition, if any staff member sees or suspects any form of child physical or emotional abuse, sexual abuse, or maltreatment and neglect, he/she is mandated by New York State to report suspected cases of abuse to the Central Registry or appropriate law enforcement agencies.
